1. Services

Colour Club Studio provides professional UI/UX design, website & app development, and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project

• Respond promptly to communications and feedback requests

• Approve deliverables within agreed timelines to avoid delays

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for fixed-price projects are due as specified in the project agreement

• Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month

• Late payments may incur additional charges or project delays

4. Intellectual Property

• Colour Club Studio retains ownership of all design concepts, templates, and code until full payment is received

• Upon full payment, rights to deliverables are transferred to the client as agreed

• Clients may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary tools or resources without permission

5. Revisions & Approval

• All projects include a predefined number of revisions as per the agreement

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

• Final approval by the client signifies acceptance of deliverables

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Colour Club Studio is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• Delays caused by client-side issues or third-party service providers

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice

• Payments for completed work up to the termination date are non-refundable

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
